How to apply
1. Wash hands with soap and water. no oils
2. Once dry, paint your nails with your favorite base and polish (gel color works best for longevity).
3. soak nail decal in water for 15 secs then slide white back paper off and apply to your nail.
4. wait until completely dry ! No water should be on nails. Add gel top coat or builder gel to seal. You can encapsulated in acrylic powder if needed. .
