How do you apply the decals

1. Apply gel base coat and color per usual. Cure.

2. Repeat a layer of base coat over color. Cure.

3. Cut decal. Dip in water. Slide of paper backing.

4. Place decal over tacky nail and smooth out creases. File off any excess.

5.Seal design by applying another layer of base coat over decal. Cure.

6. Top coat. Cure. Buff nail till smooth (you don't want any edges lifted up). Apply final top coat.

 

The decal keeps sliding on the nail, it won't stick. What can I do?

Applying a gel base coat or transfer gel over the color will help the decal stay in place while you smooth it out. Also make sure the decal isn't so wet. Lightly tap the decal with a cotton pad or paper towel to soak up some of the water.

 

Can you use acrylic or hard gel with the decals?

Yes. We recommend applying a layer of gel over the decal (cure then buff) to prevent the decal from bleeding once the monomer hit the nail.

 

 

Can you make custom decals?

Yes, we can make custom decals of anything you like. Personal photos, celebrities, cartoon...anything!

Do these decals fit on short nails?

Our decals are made for manicure, medium to long nails. However, decals that have patterns/ prints will fit on really short nails perfectly fine.

How long will it take to ship my order?

*Please note that this turnaround is for creation time/ when we ship your order after it’s been made. Not how long it'll take for delivery. How fast you receive your order once we have shipped it out depends on the shipping fee you pay at checkout. First Class: 3-5Business Days. Priority 1-3 Business Days. Priority Express: 1 Business Day after processing time. delays can occur due to volume. We strive to ship out order regular order in 1-5 business days and custom orders 1-10 business day processing time! Once pack and shipping label is created you will receive a tracking confirmation give Usps 24-48 to update to transit. If your order is delayed further contact us at ragina@repyoursets.com. 

My package was sent back to you, can you resend it back?

Yes of course. Simply contact us to make sure we have received it then you MUST pay the RE SHIPPING FEE so we can send it back out.

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it. (Also read below for lost or missing packages)

Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, REP YOUR SETS LLC hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Rep
your Sets LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at

Also, double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
