🔒 Suite Rental Terms & Agreement – Please Read Before Booking
By booking this private suite, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You are fully responsible for yourself, your clients, and all services performed during your rental.
The suite owner is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, damages, or accidents involving you or your clients. You assume full liability.
This is a temporary rental space, not your primary business location.
Security cameras are installed for safety and monitoring purposes.
All suite equipment and furnishings must remain inside the suite at all times. Nothing is to be removed or relocated.
Do not bring large furniture or heavy equipment. No wall hangings, decorations, or rearranging of the suite. The space is rented as-is.
You must bring and use your own professional products. No shared products or supplies will be provided.
🚫 Absolutely no relaxers or texturizers allowed. These services produce strong odors that affect the quality and cleanliness of the space. Hair coloring is permitted.
The suite must be cleaned before leaving. Sweep, take out trash, and place used towels in the designated bin.
Booking time is yours. Private Location for you and your clients!.
💵 Rates & Time Blocks:
• Standard Day - $125 (7am-8pm)
• After-Hours Rental - $150 (9pm–5AM)
✅ By booking, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all of the above. You will be held accountable for your use of the suite and your client interactions during the rental period.
